Frohe Ostern!

1967 Ford Mustang Deluxe GT Convertible, V8 with auto transmission.
This classic has been fully rotisserie restored (NUT&BOLT restored) and rebuild to absolute highest quality standards using all 100% new original number matching Ford parts(FOMOCO). Restoration recently completed after 3 years work of an retired classic carshop mechanic and car has just 500 KM on the meter. The outside/undercarriage/engine and interior is all very detailed and in PRESTINE/CONCOURS condition.
This ex-Texas(dry state) USA mustang came originally equipped from the factory in the desired most luxury DELUXE version. DeLuxe versions have only been build in limited numbers, so these days these are very hard to find!.
Deluxe version consists of following options:
- GT fog lamps
- GT performance suspension package
- GT dual exhaust system
- Factory equipped front disc brakes.
- Aluminum Dasboard
- Aluminum and luxury doorpanels
- Mid Console Floor
- Timing Clock in instrument cluster
- Woodrain steering wheel, upgraded with Shelby GT350 wheel
- PowerTop (Hydraulic system to open/close the top automatically)
Chassisnumber and Door tag and all matches correct specifications and the car is painted in the original Brittany Bleu colour. The original 289Cu(4.7L) engine received a complete new rebuild and all drivetrain components (brakes, steering, suspension, etc) are also all NEW.
The car is equipped with the C4 automatic transmission and a low gear optioned 2.79 rear differential, making the car very comfortable to drive with low RPM at cruising speeds.
The basic body was super solid to start the rebuild and the car has all the original panels.
This car has been completely restored(from ground-up/inside-out). Literally every part, nuts&bolts, windows, chrome, rubbers, electronics, wiring, all interior(incl. seats, dashboard, doorpanels) and exterior parts are all BRAND new and/or fully restored to original condition. The interior is refurbished using the optioned aluminum brushed dashboard.
The car’s BLUE paint and the undercarriage looks super clean, as the body has been fully media blasted, epoxy primed and received a professional base/clear coated paint. The paint has been applied in 5(!) layers and shows extremely deep and slick with ‘’mirror-like’’ finishing (paint is fully polished).
Running on new original Styles Steel wheels and new BF Goodrich tires(front 225/60/R14, rear 235/60/R14), the car needs absolutely nothing and is a full showcar in concourse state.
All metal, paintwork and assembly was done the right way so that the restoration of this car would last a lifetime.
Other upgrades:
- New Vintage Slidebar Radio by Custom Autosound (combined analog / digital display) with USB Port to streamline music
- Electronic Petronix Ignitor ignition
- Upgrading to powersteering is possible on request
