One more thing; the stickers were also issued to Non-American employees for their cars so they could enter and installation (Kaserne). It was not uncommon to see cars with German plates and the USAREUR decal.

If this were my car I would scrape the old sticker out and clean the glass. I don't see any value to the stickers unless they are for a US installation in the close area and even then I don't know what it adds to the car.

Hallo,

Passt zwar nicht ganz zum Thema,
Aber hier mal ein Photo sammt Frontscheibenaufkleber, der seit 49 Jahren dort sitzt.
Gehört einfach zur Geschichte des Autos. Der bleibt bis in alle Ewigkeit dort kleben. :D
