If this were my car I would scrape the old sticker out and clean the glass. I don't see any value to the stickers unless they are for a US installation in the close area and even then I don't know what it adds to the car.

Exact! Most see this as desirable trophies
and leave them where they are.

Passt zwar nicht ganz zum Thema,
Aber hier mal ein Photo sammt Frontscheibenaufkleber, der seit 49 Jahren dort sitzt.
Gehört einfach zur Geschichte des Autos. Der bleibt bis in alle Ewigkeit dort kleben.
